We can help with energy statements and sustainability statements. An energy statement will look at the predicted energy demand of your development and then demonstrate how either improving the building fabric and/or using renewable energy technologies has reduced energy demand and carbon emissions. You will need an energy statement if you have to demonstrate a percentage of on-site renewable energy generation The sustainability statement looks at all aspects of the development and brings everything together in one document. Often this can include the energy statement and the Code for Sustainable Homes pre-assessment and additional information to show how the proposed development will meet the sustainability criteria of the planning authority.
